Starting Position: Closed "A" Ready Stance  - R28

Won Hyo: The noted monk who instroduced Buddhism to the Sila Dynasty in the year 686 A.D.

1) Tum 90 degrees to the left and square block in a Left "L" stance.
2) Without stepping, right knife hand strike.
3) Step forward in a middle stance and left rib punch.
4) Step left foot to right foot and right foot steps 180' in a Right "L" stance and square block.
5) Without stepping, left knife hand strike.
6) Step forward in a middle stance and right rib punch.
7) Step right foot to left into a closed stance and double outer forearm block 900 to the left.
8) Left stationary side kick.
9) Step forward and double knife hand block in a Left "L" stance.
10) Step forward and double knife hand block in a Right "L" stance.
11) Step forward and double knife hand block in a Left "L" stance.
12) Step forward and right spear hand in a right front stance, Kiop.
13) Spin 270 degrees to the left and square block in a Left "L" stance.
14) Without stepping, right knife hand strike.
15) Step forward in a middle stance and left rib punch.
16) Step left foot to right foot and right foot steps 180 degrees in a Right "L" stance and square block.
17) Without stepping, left knife hand strike.
18) Step forward in a middle stance and right rib punch.
19) Remain in middle stance, extend left arm straight out and chamber for scoop block, step forward with left leg into left front stance and right scoop block.
20) Right front kick.
21) Step forward into a right front stance and left punch.
22) Without stepping, left scoop block.
23) Left front kick.
24) Step forward into a left front stance and right punch.
25) Right tuming side kick.
26) Step into a closed stance.
27) Tum 270 degrees to the left and double outer forearm block in a Left "L" stance.
28) Step left foot to right foot and turn 180 degrees to the right and double outer forearm in a Right "L" stance, Kiop.
