Starting Position: Parallel Ready Stance  - R24

Do San is the pseudonym of the patriot Ahn Chang-Ho (1876-1938). The 24 movements represent his entire life which he devoted to furthering the education of Korea and its independence movement.

1) Turn 90 degrees to the left and left outer forearm block in a left front stance.
2) Without stepping, right punch.
3) Turn 180 degrees to the right and outer forearm block in a right front stance.
4) Without stepping, left punch.
5) Turn 90 degrees to the left and double knife hand block in a Left "L" stance.
6) Step forward and right spear hand in a right front stance, Kiop.
7) Spin 360 degrees to the left and left backfist to the temple in a left front stance.
8) Step forward and right backfist to the temple in a right front stance.
9) Spin 270 degrees to the left and left outer forearm block in a left front stance.
10) Without stepping, right punch.
11) Turn 180 degrees to the right and outer forearm block in a right front stance.
12) Without stepping, left punch.
13) Turn 135 degrees to the left and twin outer forearm block in a left front stance.
14) Right front kick.
15) Step forward and right punch in a right front stance
16) Without stepping, left punch.
17) Turn 90 degrees to the right and twin outer forearm block in a right front stance.
18) Left front kick.
19) Step forward and left punch in a left front stance.
20) Without stepping, right punch.
21) Step to the left 45 degrees and left high block in a left front stance
22) Step forward and right high block in a right front stance.
23) Spin 270 degrees towards the left and left knife hand strike in a middle stance.
24) Step left foot to the right, then turn 180 degrees to the right and right knife hand strike in a middle stance, Kiop.
