Starting Position: Parallel Ready Stance  - L50

Hyung Sil: Hyung Sil means "Actualization" Actualization is to take the first step and enter into the process of the work and reward system. 1. Step R foot back into L back stance, DBL knife hand guarding blocks foreward.
2. Step turn L foot to L front stance, R reverse outer forearm block.
3. Stationary – L front punch.
4. Step L foot to R foot, R rear hook kick, step down to L back stance.
5. Stationary – R rear elbow strike.
6. R foot shift turn to R front stance, L front elbow strike into R palm.
7. L turning side kick step down to R back stance.
8. Double knife hand guarding blocks low.
9. L foot shift turn to L front stance, wedging blocks.
10. Step R foot to front stance, twin punch face level
11. Shift to L front stance, R scooping block.
12. Shift to middle stance, L punch.
13. Stationary – R punch.
14. Retreat R foot to L back stance, L inward outer forearm block.
15. Step turn L foot back into R back stance, Double knife hand guarding blocks foreward.
16. Step turn R foot to R front stance, L reverse outer forearm block.
17. Stationary – R Front Punch.
18. Step R foot to L foot, L rear hook kick, step down to R back stance.
19. Stationary – L rear elbow strike. 20. L foot shift turn to L front stance, R front elbow strike into L palm.
21. R turning side kick step down to L back stance.
22. Double knife hand guarding blocks low.
23. R foot shift turn to R front stance, wedging blocks.
24. Step L foot to front stance, twin punch face level.
25. Shift to R front stance, L scooping block.
26. Shift to middle stance, R punch.
27. Stationary – L punch.
28. Retreat L foot to R back stance, R inward outer forearm block.
29. Lead leg front kick, retreat to L back stance.
30. L palm heel strike.
31. Shift to L front stance, R reverse palm heel.
32. Step R foot to fixed stance U-shaped punches.
33. Shift turn to L front stance, San-Soo block.
34. R reverse low block.
35. Stationary – L front punch.
36. Step turn L back stance, Double guarding blocks.
37. Lead Leg front kick, retreat to R back stance.
38. Stationary – R palm heel strike.
39. Shift to R front stance, L reverse palm heel.
40. Step L foot to fixed stance, U-shaped punches.
41. Shift turn to R front stance, San-Soo block.
42. L reverse low block.
43. Stationary – R front punch.
44. Step to parallel stance, R side kick to set down to R middle stance.
45. Stationary – R knifehand strike.
46. Return R foot to parallel stance, L side kick, set down to L middle stance.
47. L knifehand strike low.
48. L knife hand strike high (47 & 48 in combination).
49. Retreat step L foot to R back stance R forward ridgehand.
50. Shift R foot to R front stance, reverse overhand hammer fist. Ki-Hap

END: Left foot returns forward to Parallel ready stance.
